Infinite Signature Series

explore and learn series of physical postures and breathing technique to build your practice, nourish the body, breath and mind. It is a practice to increase awareness, energy and to focus the mind.  It strengthens, tones, and stretches the muscles while calming the mind, lifting your spirit and reducing stress. You'll leave the class feeling renewed, refresh and rejuvenated. (All levels)

Detox Flow

this class is aimed to help you detoxify and purify the body from within through twist, compression, decompression and core work. It stirs everything up in the core, squeezes and decompresses the internal organs to help free up toxins. It will also help you to burn calories and increase flexibility.  (All Levels)

Vinyasa Flow

this class focuses on energetic and dynamic movements linking with breath to promote flexibility, strength, balance and to deepen your practice. If you like challenge, diversity, and continuous flow of poses that burn lot of calories, builds up your stamina, strengthen your cardiovascular system, your entire body and increase flexibility, promotes mental focus and discipline., this class might just be what you are looking for.  As this class is a continuous flow we encourage you to be well hydrated and be ready to sweat and be challenge. This class is designed for students with yoga experience and regular practice, however all levels are welcome.

Power Yoga

tap your power within, this class focuses on strength, balance, endurance, cleansing, core strengthening that will invigorate, relax and energize the whole body, mind and spirit. Challenge yourself with your own power to develop strength and flexibility within your body and mind and to tone your muscles and inner being. This class is designed for students with yoga experience and regular practice, however all levels are welcome.

Core Mix

this class blends yoga postures with core work to strengthen and tone abdominal and back muscles. It draws awareness into the center to improve posture and stability around the spine.  Increased core strength will help to relieve back pain, ability to do other physical activities and ability to hold your body on other yoga poses. (All Level)

Hatha Flow

a well -rounded class that enhance your awareness, balance and focus through a mixture of standing poses, shoulder openers, back bends, hip openers, standing leg balances and meditation with emphasis on remembering the importance of breath. (All Levels)

Restorative Yoga

this gentle class focuses on deep and complete relaxation, stillness and breathing to help the body return to a calm and balance state.  Relaxation is a state where there is no movement, no effort, and the brain is quiet. Some benefits of deep relaxation are reduction of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, increase good cholesterol levels, improvement in digestion, elimination and reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and fatigue. In this class, you will use variety of props such as bolsters, blankets, straps, and eye pillows to put your body in highly supported yet subtly stretching positions which will allow your body to open and your mind to deeply relax. (All Levels)

Pre Natal

is a great way to train for and enhance the experience of pregnancy. The physical poses can help build strength and stamina and improve circulation. Meditation can improve the abilities to relax and to concentrate. Breathing exercises can help manage the pain of contractions. The class focuses on breathing exercises, meditation and yoga postures that will help you adapt to the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and childbirth.  This class requires pre-registration.

Kids Yoga

is a mix of breathing exercises and various fun poses to promote physical strength and flexibility, develop better body awareness, self-control and coordination. Children can carry these skills beyond classes and into their daily routines. This class is suitable for children ages 5 to 9.  This is taught as a series of classes and requires pre-registration.

21 Day Detox

is designed to help you clear the way for new energy and new awareness in the mind, body, and spirit. Detoxification will help you increase the efficiency of organs as well as removing toxic substances from the body. If you like to entirely transform your daily life to a healthier lifestyle, a body detox and a change in your daily diet may just be the thing that you need for a better and healthier future. The 21 day detox program will increase your energy, better digestion and relieves various aches and pains.  Call the studio to register for this program.

Yoga Bootcamp

Do you enjoy a good cardio and would you like to lose weight, tone and strengthen your body at the same time feel relax after the class? Are you ready to sweat and feel the burn. This bootcamp class is invigorating, fun, challenging and packed with strengthening, conditioning, cardio, toning, and core movements to strengthen and tone your entire body.  It is a total body/mind/spirit to take your fitness to a new level while providing a fresh practice. This is the kind of class where you will feel and see immediate results with continued practice combined with our other yoga classes. 

Weight Loss Program

Infinite will be offering a transformation program that will help you gain better health and energy, adopt a healthy eating habit, detoxify and nourish your body, and help you lose weight and inches in just 30 days. You can lose 7-15 lbs in only 7 days!

Yoga For Beginners

This program is designed specifically for those who are new to yoga or for those with less experience who wants to learn the yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. Students will be introduce to the basic poses in yoga, posture modifications and variations, breathing techniques to relax the body and mind and the principles of proper alignment. Learn the building blocks how to move in conjunction with breath. There will be the opportunity to develop greater awareness and mindfulness.

Yin

is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and applies long, passive holds to deeply penetrate the body's bones and connective tissue. This class is suitable for all levels of students. (with yoga experience)

Self Practice

Self-Practice classes empowers you and nurtures an individualized approach to progress your practice. Students can practice at their own pace moving through postures cultivating their individual strengths. You can identify your least flexible body part and work on it for a longer period or focus on a new pose or pose that you don't like or familiar pose to expand and enhance your practice. If you are new or prefer to practice the Infinite Signature series, you can ask for a practice sheet at the front desk. 

Since this is a self practice, you can arrive and leave between the set time. A teacher will be available at the front desk if you have any questions or in the practice room to monitor and assist you with your practice. All practitioners has to sign in at the front desk. New practitioners has to sign the release and waiver form. During your practice, please be mindful of other practitioners, observing the studio observances.

LUNCH BREAK YOGA

This Class will resume in Spring

Either you are on your lunch break or just starting your day, take time to regain some mid-day energy and recharge for the rest of the day on this Regular Non-Heated class! On each class you will be guided through yoga postures and breathing exercises to improve balance, alignment, focus

and to strengthen your entire body to help you energize, relieve tension and stress.

Take some time to move and stretch away from your desk or office and join us to a Lunch Break Yoga.
